Sherwood Young Artists
Our weekly, term time classes take place in our fully equipped Art Studio in Sherwood, Nottingham.
We follow the Arts Award scheme and I currently offer classes in four different levels - Explore Arts Award (aimed at 7-11 year olds), Bronze Arts Award (aimed at 10-14 years), Silver Arts Award (aimed at 12-16 years) and Gold Arts Award (aimed at 14+ years).

Activities are varied and cover all ages. Some need to be booked, whilst there are some where you can just turn up and drop in! Many Nottingham city centre arts partners are taking part, so there is a wide variety of activities to choose from including drama, music, art, drumming and much, much more at venues throughout the city centre.

Children's art and craft sessions that run weekly for 5 to 14 year olds, based in an art studio in Lady Bay, West Bridgford, Nottingham.
Children are given the opportunity to develop skills using a wide range of art materials and explore different techniques. The children work towards their 'Discover' and 'Explore' Arts Award. Part of the process enables them to work together to present their art pieces in an exhibition.

In addition to our popular programme of courses in oil, watercolour, pastel, mixed media and drawing, there is the series of day Workshops, offering a wide a variety of subjects.
The programme includes details and dates for our popular Children’s Courses and Summer School in August.
Our Saturday Club for children and young people takes place in the Pavilion on a termly basis. There are four, two hour sessions each term from 10 am to 12 noon. We work with a different medium each session.
The Children and Young Peoples Summer School in August is a three day course from a Monday to Wednesday, which runs twice in August.
