The ARTLIFE Studio was set up with the aim of nurturing the natural creativity of children and young people across all disciplines of Art and Design. With over 23 years’ experience of working in the Creative sectors and as a practising teacher at one of London’s leading Art and Design Universities, founder Sarah Thomas realised the lack of creativity available to children and young people in mainstream education and the benefits gained if they are nurtured from an early age.

My name is Barbara and I'm a graphic designer, art lover but foremost a mum of three wonderful children. We all love to draw and paint together, and try out new techniques and let our creativity flow. I've been drawing, crafting and painting with kids of different ages for many years and occasions, and I would love to see your little and older artist in one of my classes.

The South Ken Art Barn
The Art Barn team has created a programme which is fun, exciting and stimulating for each age group. We do follow a weekly programme but we strongly believe that each child should be given the opportunity to explore their creative mind and imagination. This means that our programme is always flexible and that the child’s own ideas are celebrated and encouraged at all times.
